Orders placed before 12 noon EST (Mon. thru Thurs.) will be processed and shipped on the next business-day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next day. If your item is on back order we will notify you.
RETURNS:
How long after purchase can I return an item?
Return any item within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and return label fees) The return must be unworn, unaltered, odor-free, and in its original packaging with tags and labels. Proof of purchase is required. Apparel that ships separately will not qualify for free shipping.
How long does it take to process my return?
Upon reviewing your return, we will notify you via email and process the refund to your original payment method within 4 weeks not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When you start a return, make sure the email address is the same as the one you used to place your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How will I be refunded?
Your refund will be returned to you using the same payment method originally used when ordering the items.
